Pro is designed for individuals · one user with full access to premium content. Team serves organizations · 5 to 25 users, with strategy sessions, custom data requests, and a dedicated analyst for your team.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, absolutely. You can start with the free Insider tier, then upgrade to Pro or Team at any time. We'll calculate the prorated difference precisely at the time of upgrade.
What payment methods are available?
For individuals · credit cards via Stripe with full security. For organizations · bank transfer, annual invoicing, or custom payment arrangements. For governments and institutions · flexible payment terms by agreement.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Annual Pro subscriptions · you can cancel at any time and the subscription will not auto-renew. Team and Strategic subscriptions have custom terms outlined in the service agreement. A 14-day refund window applies to new Pro subscriptions.
How often are reports published?
Daily news updates. Weekly analysis in the newsletter. Monthly and quarterly premium reports. Special reports at major events (Arabian Travel Market, WTM, etc.).
Is there an annual discount?
Pro subscriptions are billed annually. For early founding members · a special launch price for a limited time, after which the full rate applies. For larger organizations · tiered discounts based on team size.
